At Learning is an Art, we believe in a positive, ethical work environment. Therefore, we ask all our consultants to commit themselves to our Learning is an Art Family Values:

1. I commit to a positive attitude. As a positive person, I can make a difference in the lives of the people around me, maintain my health, and make my corner of the world a little brighter.
2. I commit to being honest. Everything I do and say is a reflection of who I am as a person. I choose to represent both myself and my company as a place of honesty and integrity. Each thing I do will be totally above board, honest, and ethical.
3. I commit to encouraging my co-workers. The success of one member of the Learning is an Art family means that that person is contributing to our collective goal of making a difference in the lives of others. I will celebrate the successes of each of my co-workers, and will eliminate negative, destructive conversations. Learning is an Art wants to help each and every consultant be the very best that he/she can be and achieve her/his dreams, and I will do everything I can to bring out the best in others every day.
4. I commit to expanding my comfort zone. There may be times when my business requires me to talk to people I’ve never met before, ask a friend to help me, pick up the phone and call someone new, or take risks in other ways I haven’t before. I commit to taking these risks, in order to be the best that I can be, and to grow as a person and a business person. My dreams are worth it.
5. I commit to taking care of myself and my loved ones. Learning is an Art believes that family and loved ones come first. I commit that I will take care of myself and my family first, and then grow my business.
